For example, your favorite hair style, color formulas, how you like coffee and who your favorite stylists are. Depending on the specific services we provide you with, we may need to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent before storing information related to your medical history. An example of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may affect the performance of your service with us.

We will contact you by phone, email or SMS to confirm reserved appointments and remind you of upcoming appointments. We will consider the appointment as consent to carry out this activity but, if you wish, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Ratings and appointment Reviews:

After your visit we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide us with your feedback. We will consider your participation in the service as a consent to carry out this activity but, if you wish, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Fidelity:

We will consider becoming a member of our loyalty program as a consent to send you emails related to the loyalty program but, if you wish, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Marketing:

We will not carry out any type of marketing by phone, email or SMS without first facilitating your consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automatic and use rules based on the services and products purchased and the information we collect from you. For example, we can send you marketing campaigns on your birthday, when we miss you (if you haven’t visited our center for the past 3 months) and other special days like Valentine’s Day and Christmas.
